How we work
Set up by Kirstie Storrar, Hold That Thought comprises a virtual network of senior research specialists who have collaborated successfully for many years and who bring different and complementary skills to tackle specific projects.
Kirstie has over 25 years of qualitative research experience. An English Graduate from Southampton University, Kirstie undertook a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing at Bristol Business School before starting her career in Qualitative research at Directions. Prior to setting up Hold That Thought, Kirstie was an Insight Director at Added Value and also spent 18 months at CMR in Toronto.
Kirstie has always thrived off understanding what makes people tick. Her inquisitive & tenacious nature means she leaves no stone unturned in every brand challenge that comes her way. Her particular expertise is in positioning and innovation projects and she especially enjoys the first phase of exploration when she is able to get up close and personal to people in their own homes and observe behaviour first hand.
On a personal level Kirstie loves nothing more than long walks with her dog, playing tennis and travelling with family and friends.
